# Prior Labs

> Exam prep, supercharged. Prior Labs is an AI-powered education startup building the next frontier of exam intelligence: turning exam questions, practice answers, and statistical insight into a strategic advantage for adult learners aged 18+.

## Audience

Prior Labs is intended for adult learners aged 18 and over, and tutoring centres and education teams serving adults.

## Technology and direction

We’re building an exam intelligence platform combining machine learning for question, topic, and skill recognition with Claude-powered tutoring agents. The aim is to turn student performance into targeted learning plans, clear explanations, and actionable teaching insights.

We’re also developing personal agents and bespoke AI software for small businesses. Claude supports product development, code review, testing, and continuous improvement. Contact us to discuss these projects and their scope.

## The big idea

Every answer is a signal. Prior Labs brings exam-style assessments, question-level performance analytics, cohort benchmarking, and AI-assisted diagnostics into one platform. Its ambition is to make exam preparation radically more precise, personal, and actionable — transforming practice from a pile of questions into an intelligence engine for learning.

## What the platform showcases

- Exam-style assessments with timed practice and worked solutions.
- Question-level analysis that helps students understand where marks are lost.
- Deep performance analytics and cohort comparisons that put results in context.
- AI-assisted review and diagnostics that surface mistake patterns.
- Focused next steps designed to turn weaknesses into the next breakthrough.
